Mr. Ziad Al-Turki, Executive VP of A. A. Turki Group of Companies (ATCO), signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Richard J. Clare, chairman of EC Harris LLP, at the EC Harris headquarters in London on 7 February 2007. The accord would spur investment in technology, technical cooperation and joint commercial investment to provide suitable resources and support to win, manage and implement commission within the scope of ECH’s services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from clients operating within the industrial sector (i.e.,Process and Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing etc.).

EC Harris is a leading international consultancy working on the real estate, infrastructure and construction sectors. The firm brings together professional skills, developed processes and information to successfully deliver all aspects of a capital project and its on-going operation. This consultancy can advise on the initial investment through each stage of construction to occupation and day-to-day operations. EC Harris has 40 wholly owned offices worldwide employing over 2,500 people.

Following the signing ceremony, Mr. Ziad Al Turki said, we are proud to sign the MOU with the EC Harris known for its giant strategic Management consultancy in local, regional and International projects. Mr. Al-Turki, added that our collaboration with the leading international consultancy company reinforces the strategic orientation of the ATCO group to expand and diversify investments in the areas of project management, management consultancy and facilities management in addition to information technology.

Besides, a special Induction Program will go along for this venture, aims to recruit and orient Saudis who are new university graduates who hold a diploma, Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Chemical and/or Industrial-related majors.
