ATCO Ports Management and Marine Services (“APMMS”) is a division of the ATCO Group of Companies. Formed in 1975, this ISO 900 / ISM certified company now stands in the forefront of marine operations in Saudi Arabia and the Arabian Gulf region.

The division offers the following services:

Through its unit ATCO Ports Management Services (APMS), APMMS provides ports management services to Jeddah Islamic Port (the largest commercial port in the Kingdom) and the Port of Jizan pursuant to a 10-year privatization contract with the Saudi government. Under the contract, the unit also operates and maintains port-owned vessels and equipment. APMMS also operates Saudi Aramco’s private port marine services in Jeddah, Jizan, Rabigh, and Duba.

APMMS currently owns, operates, and manages offshore support vessels on both coasts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Key clients include: Saudi Aramco, Khafji Joint Operations (AOC/KJO) and Jeddah Islamic Port.

APMMS, through its division ATCO Marine Services (AMS-KSA), provides specialized technical services for the repairs and maintenance of third party vessels operating in Saudi waters. These services include the servicing of life rafts and are conducted from maintenance bases located in Jeddah, Jizan, Rabigh, and Duba on the west coast of the Kingdom, as well as from Ras Tanura on the east coast.

Through its wholly owned subsidiary ATCO Marine Services E.C. (AMS-Bahrain) registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain, APMMS owns, operates, crews, and maintains offshore support vessels in the Arabian Gulf Area. Key clients include Saudi Aramco, Schlumberger, Western Geophysical, McDermott Offshore, Ras Gas Qatar, and a variety of other international operators.
